With over 16 years of experience in the HOA industry, Vanessa began her career in Community Management in California before moving to Nevada in 2022. She obtained their CMCA Designation (Certified Manager of Community Associations) in 2019 and her AMS Designation (Association Management Specialist) in 2022.
She has managed a variety of properties, including master-planned communities, commercial properties, condominiums, townhomes, and planned developments. She focuses on enhancing the communities she manages to make them enjoyable to live in, with an emphasis on communication and education as key factors in effective community management.
Catherine Tillett
Assistant Community Manager
Catherine Tillett brings over 13 years of experience in casino marketing to her current role, where she leverages her extensive background in consumer engagement and strategic program development. Following a successful career in the gaming industry, she transitioned to community management, focusing on curating exceptional resident experiences and fostering a strong sense of connection. Within her first year, Catherine was promoted from Lifestyle Director to Assistant Community Manager, a testament to her leadership, creativity, and dedication. She holds a provisional Community Association Manager (CAM) license and remains committed to delivering innovative, high-quality programs that enhance community life. Catherine is proud to serve the residents of Mountain Falls and Ovation.
