With over 16 years of experience in the HOA industry, Vanessa began her career in Community Management in California before moving to Nevada in 2022. She obtained their CMCA Designation (Certified Manager of Community Associations) in 2019 and her AMS Designation (Association Management Specialist) in 2022.

 

She has managed a variety of properties, including master-planned communities, commercial properties, condominiums, townhomes, and planned developments. She focuses on enhancing the communities she manages to make them enjoyable to live in, with an emphasis on communication and education as key factors in effective community management.

 

Catherine brings over 13 years of casino marketing expertise to her role. After a successful career in the gaming industry, she transitioned to curating and enhancing lifestyles, utilizing her keen understanding of consumer behavior and trends. Catherine is a dedicated mother of two and has been happily married for over 12 years. Her professional journey reflects a passion for creative strategy and a commitment to enriching the lives of others through tailored experiences and community engagement.
